This workshop is aimed for English speaking clients and expats who live in Prague/Czech republic and would like to benefit from the constellation work.
The main tool of my therapeutic work is the new constellation form called Life Integration Process (LIP) and developed by Dr. Wilfried Nelles.
While the „classical“ family constellations (developed in 1990’s by Bert Hellinger) focus on the place of an individual within a system, ie family or other system (in an organisation/company), and the relationships within this system, the LIP focuses solely on the individual and their own life path – and their attitude to their life story and their past.
This attitude and the fact whether we see our past as something we have embraced and that has really passed – or as something we are still entangled with – then directly influences our attitude to ourselves and the extent to which we are able to live in the present and live our inherent gifts and talents.
If we are still busy with our own past or are identified with the past of our ancestors, we don’t have space to see ourselves and to live our own life and our own potential and talents.
This is what we look at in this constellation work and what I help the clients to see and understand.
If we embrace our life just as it was, we step into our adult consciousness, become free and at the same time relaxed and in tune with life as it is.
In the LIP you choose representatives for the previous stages of our life: the unborn child, the child and the teenager/young person. From the position of the adult you then look back at these previous stages of your life and these parts of yourselves. Without trying to change them, fix them, improve them. If we let them the way they were, they relax and the love within our own system can start flowing.
It is this unconditional self-love and self-acceptance that creates the healing and sets free the energy that was stuck. As a result we can start experiencing much more joy, lightness, freedom and purpose in our life.
